The Panama hat, as seen on this site, is made of natural straw, so must be handled with kindness, after all, each piece is a work of art, handmade, with love and dedication for about six or seven people in the process manufacturing. Just to be woven (be the plot), requires at least a full day of work.
If you purchased the box, it is recommended not keep it long into the same, not to create too many wrinkles, just as would occur in any tissue. The Panama hat is similar to a tissue and can be ironed with a cloth slightly dampened if it is wrinkled or has creases.
